Very Excited!

We are going to see Smart tomorrow.  When I was packing and getting things together tonight, Sweet asked what I was doing...  I said "we are going to see Smart tomorrow."

He then sat there for a minute and then said  "after we go to bed?" I said yes and went on with packing.

A second later he ran past me with his clothes off and got in the bath and said "I need to get ready for bed so I can see Smart.

Keep in mind this was at 5 pm, still light outside... He went in his bed picked the books for me to read. And he picked every single book that Smart has given him (he knows which ones they are because he can read Smarts name now)

We read 7 books before he decided he would wait for it to be dark to go to bed.  We are all excited for the next few days.  Its going to be a fun trip I am really looking forward to it.

Puppy Preschool

Tonight, Sweet and I took Daisy to her first, "Puppy Preschool" class. We're enrolled with a friend of mine, Dani; her husband, Matt; and their Lab puppy, "Audi." It was a lot of fun (Sweet almost made it the entire hour before he said he wanted to go home).

Daisy has 4 other classmates, a small furry dog, Zoey; a german shepherd, Kaiser; Audi and a puppy that skipped the first day of class. We're hoping that in eight weeks, we'll have a more confident, better socialized wiener dog. Here's to big dreams!

Boys, Boys, Boys!

Smart came up for a visit this weekend and we had a fun time flying the helicopter, playing wii, playing with Cousins and Aunt K, golfing (in the cold), playing more wii, watching madagascar 2 and playing with the dogs.

Sweet was really excited to see his brother and started standing by the window at 6:30am thinking every car that passes was Smart. This morning Smart tackled Dad, Sweet was soon to follow and they had fun wrestling and using dad as a jungle gym. They were so silly and it was a so fun watching them play together being total boys together.

Saturday night we went to see the Cougars play basketball. Sweet did a great job cheering and was good until the last 3 minutes of the game when he decided he had had enough and wanted to leave. Cute is doing really well with his helmet and has not been complaining from it. Thanks Grandpa Keith for the invitation!
